I Live in San Francisco, Can I Pick up an order?
Yes. To avoid any shipping charges for those in SF, we offer a pick up hub for local use only. We will forward you pick up information and further instructions after your order has been received and is ready for pick up.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Each item is made to order so unfortunately returns can only be accepted if the item arrives misprinted or damaged.
We accept exchanges on merchandise that are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached as long as the exchange process is started within 14 days of receipt of item.. Sale, discounted, or special orders are marked as FINAL SALE. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchanges.

What if something is wrong with my order?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order so it may take up to 2 weeks before your item is finished and ready to send out. Most items are ready to be shipped within a week, but please message us prior to ordering if you need your item by a certain date.
Items are automatically shipped using the most cost effective shipping method. If you need a priority delivery service please reach out and we'd be happy to get a quote for you. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
